Reasons to us for accept exchange
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items (send us a photo) must be submitted within 28 days (4 weeks) after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Our policy lasts 28 days (4 weeks). If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We cannot accept general returns for items. This includes:
- Change of mind
- Items ordered in error (including wrong quantity, design, or variant selected)
- Exchanges for alternative design, product or size
- Not as expected items
- Unwanted items
Reasons to us for accept return
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
In the end you must assume the costs of return for not picking up your shipment or for making a mistake when writing your address.
Most of our unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 28 days (4 weeks).

Refunds (if applicable)
In the rare situation where an order for these items arrives defective, we'll arrange for a replacement to be made and shipped to you. If a replacement is not possible, we may arrange for a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
